Qiddiya Upper Plateau Roads & Bridges
The story
The Qiddiya Upper Plateau is the heart of the Qiddiya entertainment city — a Vision 2030 flagship covering theme parks, motorsport venues, water parks, and resort districts at the foot of the Tuwaiq escarpment outside Riyadh.
Design Zone authored the post-contract BIM Execution Plan (BEP) on behalf of the Haif + Freyssinet (HFC) Joint Venture. The BEP defines the BIM requirements for the project, the methodology for delivering against those requirements, and the alignment with QIC’s internal Digital Style Book and Exchange Information Requirements (EIR).
