Every SKU, located in real time.

A demonstration of TwinMs applied to a retail floor. Every merchandise unit tagged with RFID, every shelf and aisle modelled in the digital twin, every movement reflected on the operator screen as it happens — with sound, so you hear the walkthrough.

01 — Inside the scenario

What this scenario shows

  1. Scene 02.1The floor in 3D
A 3D twin of the floor — every shelf, fixture, and aisle modelled from the as-built drawings.
  2. Scene 02.2The tag moves
RFID-tagged stock visible on the twin in real time. Move a unit, the twin moves with it.
  3. Scene 02.3The alert fires
Shrink alerts firing the moment an item leaves the floor without a transaction at the POS.
  4. Scene 02.4The shelf restocks
Restock automation when stock-per-shelf drops below threshold — with the staff app picking it up immediately.
02 — The mechanics

How TwinMs applies

Fig. 02.1
RFID layer

Per-unit tags read continuously by ceiling and shelf-edge readers. Position resolved on the twin.

Fig. 02.2
POS integration

Sale events from the POS reconcile against tag departures. Mismatch = shrink alert.

Fig. 02.3
Staff app

Restock and pick instructions on a mobile UI, with the location plotted on the twin.

Analytics

Stock-on-floor density, dwell time per category, customer flow heatmaps over the floor.

03 — The outcomes

Business value

Restock cycles cut from hours to minutes through the staff app.

Live stock-on-floor visibility for every promotion, launch, and audit.

Customer-flow heatmaps that inform store-layout decisions, fixture by fixture.

A single source of truth across stockroom, sales floor, and POS.
