8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from your use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
