Golf Club Concept
The story
The client came to us with an existing golf-course concept that wasn't reading. The clubhouse felt residential where it needed to feel resort, the playing zones felt cramped where they needed to feel generous, and the interior spaces hadn't been thought through against the operational flow of a member-and-event venue.
We rebuilt the concept around three principles: vast playing zones with sightlines you can read from the clubhouse terrace; an interior that flows from arrival to lounge to dining to back-of-house without a member ever crossing service paths; and an exterior language that reads as unambiguously luxury hospitality, not domestic architecture. Regulatory constraints, budget, and timeline framed every move — the deliverable had to be buildable, not aspirational.
