Digital Twin — Design Zone HQ
The story
Before we sell digital twins to clients, we run them on ourselves. Design Zone HQ in Jeddah is the lab — every meeting room, every server rack, every HVAC unit modelled to scale and instrumented in Autodesk Tandem. The point is to prove the value beyond the geometry, where structured data (manufacturer, model, install date) meets unstructured data (PDFs, photos, maintenance logs) and becomes a queryable asset.
The deliverable is a working twin: we can ask Tandem who installed which AC unit, when it was last serviced, what its rated capacity is, and which warranty document covers it — all from one interface, with the as-built model as the spatial spine. The use cases that emerged here are now the playbook for every client digital-twin engagement.
