Four Seasons Hotel — Jeddah
The story
Four Seasons Jeddah is one of the most demanding fit-outs in the city — a luxury hospitality interior where every detail, from the joinery profile to the lighting fixture mount, has to match the brand standard exactly. Havelock One won the fit-out delivery and brought us in for the BIM package: validate, upgrade, document.
We started by validating the inherited LOD 300 architectural model against the approved design intent, then progressively upgraded it to LOD 400 with manufacturer-specific families and fabrication-ready parameters. The deliverable was a pair of federated LOD 400 models — one for the Fit-Out scope, one for the Partition scope — plus the shop drawings extracted directly from those models for the fabrication team.
