Rosewood Hotel — AMAALA Red Sea
The story
Rosewood AMAALA is one of the flagship hospitality assets in the Red Sea giga-project — a destination resort designed to host the next generation of ultra-luxury Saudi tourism. Our scope sat inside the KCG-BMC delivery: BIM support for the roof package, where layer-by-layer accuracy in the model directly drives the BOQ and the procurement plan.
Every roof slab layer was modelled to match the approved IFC drawings — concrete, screed, waterproofing, insulation, finishes — with manufacturer-specific data attached so quantities could be extracted automatically per roof, per building, and rolled up across the scheme. Metal deck layers were integrated last to complete the federated model for tender release.
