Six Senses — AMAALA Red Sea
The story
Six Senses at AMAALA is the second wellness-focused luxury resort in the Red Sea master-plan, and our scope ran in parallel to Rosewood AMAALA on a shared delivery rhythm. The complication: three different CDE platforms in play across the consultant team — BIM 360 internally, ACC for the wider delivery, and Aconex for owner-level reviews.
We ran the coordination across all three platforms simultaneously, moving the same .RVT and .NWC information containers between them on schedule, with version control and audit logs maintained throughout. The roof package was modelled layer-by-layer with BOQ extraction per roof, matching the Rosewood standard so both hotels could be costed against the same baseline.
