iHolo E-Car — anatomy of an electric vehicle.
The brief
Electric vehicles are everywhere, but the engineering inside them is invisible — sealed battery packs, integrated drive units, proprietary software. Schools and engineering programs teach EV theory from textbooks and 2D diagrams; the gap between "I read about it" and "I get it" stays wide.
iHolo E-Car closes that gap. We built a real-time educational hologram around a full Tesla electric vehicle: visitors stand in front of a life-size holographic projection and walk through the car system by system — battery pack, motor, drivetrain, regenerative braking, suspension, body. Each component lights up, separates, animates, and is explained in voice-over.
The result is a hands-off teaching tool that turns abstract EV engineering into something you can see, point to, and rotate. Ideal for technical schools, university automotive programs, dealership showrooms, and public science centres.

Our approach
- 01Engineering reference work — Tesla architecture, battery layout, drive unit, BMS.
- 02High-fidelity 3D modelling of every major sub-assembly with realistic PBR materials.
- 03Exploded-view animation choreography — each system separates, rotates, and reassembles.
- 04Voice-over scripting in collaboration with EV educators (Arabic + English narration).
- 05Holographic playback engine in Unity 2022 with venue-calibrated brightness.
- 06In-venue installation, calibration, and operator training.
