The story

A modern mansion in Cairo with one ambition: every room earns its place. Interior and exterior had to feel like a single composed property, not interior design dropped into a contractor's shell. The rooftop pool was the gravitational centre — every other space had to support the choreography of arrival, gathering, evening entertainment, and rest.

We delivered the full interior + exterior package in Revit so geometry, materials, and finishes were data-aligned from the start. Shop drawings extracted directly from the model, BOQ generated from the family parameters, and specifications linked to manufacturer-specific data — so when the project went to procurement, nothing had to be re-drawn or re-counted.
