The story

Inside a private Jeddah mansion, the brief was a spa + bath suite that felt like a contemporary destination retreat rather than a residential bathroom. The owner wanted the spatial experience of a hotel wellness floor at home — full-immersion materiality, modern restraint, no chrome-and-mirror clichés.

We curated a material and colour palette around natural stone, fluted wood, and matte metal — minimal contrast, maximum surface variation. Lighting was integrated at finish level (cove, edge, recessed) so the room reads warm even before any fixture is on. Shop drawings + BOQ + specifications were extracted from the Revit model so the fabricators received a procurement-clean package.
