Private Villa — Luxury Residence
The story
A modern/classic mansion in Jeddah needed one space rebuilt — relaxing, deliberately modern, distinctly the homeowner's sanctuary inside a more formal house. The brief: furniture and texture choices that read as serene rather than minimal, in a space the client could actually live in.
We delivered the architectural model at LOD 400 so every detail — millwork profile, wall finish layer build-up, lighting cove geometry — was parametric and fabrication-ready. Shop drawings extracted directly from Revit, BOQ generated automatically per family, and specifications linked to selected materials. The handover was procurement-clean — no re-drafting, no re-counting.
