Heritage BIM (HBIM) preserves cultural assets — Diriyah Gate, AlUla, historic Jeddah — at LOD 400. Retrofit impact analysis tests interventions against the existing structure, MEP, and code envelope.

Terrestrial LiDAR + photogrammetry survey of existing buildings or sites, point cloud registered, then converted to LOD 200–400 BIM models in Revit.
